C CASA is the culmination of owner Catherine Bergen’s passion for artisan foods, combined with her love of Latin cuisine. C CASA’s menu delivers unique tacos, house-made white corn tortillas, chili-rubbed rotisserie meats, fresh salads and salsas, and interesting sides. All food is made to order from fresh, seasonal ingredients, and sustainable meats and fish. And, C CASA is gluten-free. C CASA is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Tacos:Seasoned Ground Buffalo starts with a thin layer of black beans and chorizo atop a hand-made white corn tortilla, then comes the ground seasoned buffalo, goat cheese, micro greens and a drizzle of chipotle aioli. C CASA’s Duck, Spinach and Goat Cheese Taco begins with rotisserie-roasted duck, topped with spinach, goat cheese, and oranges and finished with sliced Fresno chili and avocado crema. The Crab Taco is made with local Dungeness crab, topped with mixed greens, lime cumin vinaigrette, avocado, pico de gallo, avocado crema and cilantro.
Sides & Salads: C CASA’s Mixed Field Greens Salad is a rainbow of fresh spring-mix greens, topped with blue cheese, oranges, and avocado, finished with orange cumin vinaigrette. TheBaby Spinach & Corn Edamame Salad starts with a layer of baby spinach, topped with a mixture of corn, edamame, zucchini, roasted red bells, cotija cheese and Meyer lemon olive oil. Nachos Not! reinvents the idea of nachos with freshly made white or black beans on a bed of house-made tortilla chips, topped with goat cheese, pico de gallo and chipotle aioli.
Dinner Plates: The Salmon Dinner Plate is a six-ounce grilled wild salmon atop a medley of sautéed corn, edamame and red pepper, finished with a drizzle of cilantro pesto and chili toasted pumpkin seeds.
