Job OpeningsFolio Enoteca and Winery Summary: The person in this role will be responsible for demonstrating and upholding exceptional customer service levels while increasing qualified traffic and profitability of the business, including: greeting and serving guests, provide tastings and tours, educate visitors, and sell food and wine. This role will be responsible for the daily operations of the Folio Enoteca and Winery on manager’s scheduled days off. The person in this position will also share in development and implementation of new programs designed to increase the business’ profitability. Professional Requirements: Strong knowledge of wine, domestic and imports, and the wine industry. Ability to assist customers with custom blending of unique wine in education and actual assistance. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to deal appropriately with guests safely and appropriately in awkward or unsafe situations. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry 41 pounds. Must be 21 years of age. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
